★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約するまではすごく丁寧な対応でした。入居初日に車が駐車できないなどのトラブルがあり有料入居サポートにTELしましたが全く繋がらずに、どうすればいいのかエイブルさんにTELしましたが「繋がるまでずっとかけ続けろ」「繋がらないなら警察にTELしろ」と相手にしてくれませんでした。その後は炎天下で入居の引っ越しも出来ずに外でずっと電話し続けました。有料入居サポートに４０分後に繋がりましたが注意喚起の張り紙をしに来ただけでそれ以外は無対応でこちらが困っている事柄には一切対応してくれませんでした。契約者が入居初日に管理会社の不手際で入居できなくてもこちらのエイブルさんは一切対応してくれません。エイブルさんに責任はありませんが管理会社へ緊急連絡してくれるとか取りつないでくれるとかあっても良かったと思います。親身なのは契約完了まで、です。

I was connected to paid occupancy support after 40 minutes, but I just came up with a poster to call attention, and other than that, it did not correspond and did not respond to anything that was in trouble. Even if the contractor can not move in due to the management company's failure on the first day of moving in, this Able will not respond at all. Mr. Able is not responsible, but I think it would have been nice if he could make an emergency contact with the management company or take over. I am intimate until the contract is completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約は別の管理会社でしたが、オーナーさんが途中でエイブルに管理を移行したらしく、引っ越しに際して退去手続きを主にお電話でエイブルと連絡をとっていました。
しかし引き継ぎが全くされておらず、それについて自分で前の管理会社とエイブルに問い合わせながら調べていたら、エイブルに移行した際に、それが更新されていなかったということがありそれについてお電話したら、それについては知らないの一点張り。
前の管理会社では詳しく親切に調べて頂けたことをエイブルでは分からない訳はないと思いますが、、、
他の用件でお電話した際もとても高圧的な態度で不快でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連携取れなすぎて笑う。言ってることが業者と全く違うし全然連絡も寄越さないし。
何度苦情の電話をしても改善されなかったし行動力も全くない。
二度と使いたくない

独立したいので来させて頂きましたが、担当の方はオドオドしてるし、詳しい条件も聞いてくれない上に、来店前に探しといてくれるということもない。
とにかく仕事が雑です。
まぁ、物件に関しては川越が良いので利用させて頂きますが、できればもっとプロの仕事をしていただきたいです。

1人の無能により川越店ならずエイブル自体が嫌いになりそうな程使えない人がいることが非常に残念。二度と利用することはない。
Inflexible, clumsy, unheard, unfriendly, incommunicable, how useless.
