また、内見で私が部屋の日当たりを気にしていたことを覚えていて下さり、機会があったからと後日別の時間帯の部屋の写真を撮って見せていただきました。
終始丁寧なご対応をしていただき大変感謝しております。

外国人にとって優しいお店です。みんな優しくて辛抱強く、サービス態度もいいです。キャンディーとお茶も用意されていますし、おしぼりも用意されています。
外国人留学生である私たちがルームシェアするのはとても難しく、伊藤さんのおかげで私たちは最後に満足な家を見つけました。この店をとてもお勧めします?

掲載内容にはペット不可の物件でしたが、担当者さんの交渉のお陰で無事了承を頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な契約だったにも関わらず書類作成からご説明まで迅速に対応して頂き大変満足しております。また、担当の方の対応がとても丁寧で安心して契約することが出来ました。内見の時も急かされるようなこともなく、落ち着いてゆっくりと選ぶことが出来ました。また機会があれば是非利用したいと思います。

Also, the person in charge was very polite and I was able to sign the contract with peace of mind. I was able to calmly and slowly choose without being rushed during the preview. I would definitely like to use it if I have the opportunity.

阿久津さんという方に担当して貰いましたが信じられないぐらい段取り悪くイライラしました。途中から見兼ねた店長さんに変わるぐらい、段取り悪いです。
ペット可、ルームシェア可、一戸建て希望、
という条件が難しい中でしたが
何度も何度も「書面確認で来店していただけませんか?」と言われ、いやいやメールで画像送って確認サインすれば良い話じゃ無いか…?と思うのですが仕事早上がりし何度も何度も確認で来店しました。本当にめんどくさかったです。
住み始めてからも、『家賃を振り込まなくていい、保証会社から引き落としされるので』というとても大切な事を伝えられてなく今トラブってます。
こちらに非は一切ないのに何なんでしょうか。本当に段取り悪くイライラします。他の不動産会社利用すればよかったと心から思います。
おススメできません。
It's really a bad setup and the worst real estate agent.
I had Mr. Akutsu take charge of it, but it was unbelievably bad and frustrating. The setup is so bad that it changes to the store manager who did not look at it from the middle.

Over and over again, I was asked "Would you like to come to the store with a written confirmation?", No, I should send an image by e-mail and sign a confirmation ...? I think, but I got up early and came to the store again and again with confirmation. It was really annoying.
Even after I started living, I haven't been told the very important thing, "I don't have to pay the rent and it will be deducted from the guarantee company," and I'm having trouble now.
What is it when there is nothing wrong with this? It's really bad and frustrating. I sincerely hope that I should have used another real estate company.
I can't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented an apartment through this company, which (due to COVID) was conducted entirely on-line. I have been extremely unimpressed by the quality of their service; in 20+ years of renting properties in Japan, this was the single worst experience I have had. Given the stiff competition in this field I could not recommend them, here, in short is why:
1)The apartment they rented me had not been cleaned before I took occupancy, was moldy, dirty and generally in a very poor condition. Whilst the floors had been waxed, there were dirty footprints all over the living room and not all the wallpaper had been changed. In addition the woodwork was painted half white and half pink (where damage was simply ‘touched up.’ The whole apartment needed re-papering and re-painting before occupancy. The bathroom also needed refurbishing and the kitchen too (the kitchen was also not cleaned).
2)The apartment was also not as described i.e. it did not match the layout as depicted on the floor-plan e.g. the window from the kitchen is not a regular window, but a bay window, hence a good foot is missing from an already tiny room, the kitchen is also much smaller than depicted on the floor-plan (especially the area pertaining to the refrigerator space).
3) Before occupancy I had to ask the agents to take photographs of the apartment as they were not openly provided (there was the first warning I should have heeded). The photographs they provided were, how should I say...? somewhat liberal with the truth - they probably used a wide-angle lens and pushed themselves into a corner to take some of the photos, thus giving the appearance of the rooms being MUCH larger than they are in actuality.
4) They did not arrange for the utilities to be connected - even though I was arriving a long way from East Japan and paid them more than 100,000 as a fee (for an apartment which I found myself via the website Suumou...).
5) When I arrived in Kawagoe-shi on a rainy Saturday, I went to their office to collect the keys and instead of having the courtesy of taking me to the apartment (remember they had done NO legwork due to COVID and the online situation), they told me to take a bus... This, despite the fact it was pouring down outside, the office was full of staff and no customers.
6) After complaining about the state of my apartment and showing the staff and the management company around so they could see for themselves, I (thought) I was promised a refund on my fees... After completing the paperwork to that end, paperwork which was given to be by them, I have received nothing... So what was the point of completing all that paperwork and supplying my bank data?
7) The male staff I dealt with (who I shall not name), had extremely poor ‘people skills’ and is not a good ‘communicator’ - attributes essential for this kind of work.
All-in-all, a series of poor experiences. Given that the customer is paying for this ‘service’ and these employee’s salary, why would you bother? If you got this kind of service from a restaurant, for example, why would you go back? In a saturated market with many ways to rent properties, and SNS, this office is not operating a sustainable business policy and cannot maintain its standing on this footing.
