退去後の精算も通常１～２ヶ月くらいを見ていますので、半月でというのは通常ですとありえませんし、クリーニング業者も不動産業の繁忙期には予定が空いておらず、上記よりも遅れることも考えられます。
ただのクレームとしか思えないのですが・・・
