a	a.katsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主の方も腰が低く丁寧な作りのお蕎麦と天ぷらでした。つゆはかつをがメインのだしで新蕎麦いただきました。お店も清潔でテーブル座敷もありますので小さい子供連れでも安心です。心が和むお蕎麦屋さんです。朝日町に行ったら必ず寄ってます。混んでると少し時間がかかりますがそれだけ丁寧にお蕎麦も天ぷらも仕上げてます。だから少し待っても待つ価値があるお蕎麦屋さんです。あれだけ清潔感のあるきれいなお蕎麦屋さんはなかなか見ないし、お店を大切にしている事が伝わってするからリピーターが多いのでは？お客さんの記録帳もあり待ってる時間が癒やされますね。 The owner was also low-profile and carefully made soba and tempura. 加	加藤英雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていたお店です。１１時頃から駐車場がパンパンです。本日、意を決してお邪魔しましたが、凄まじい人気ですね。雪囲いを済ませて、残り少ない色とりどりの季節を共に過ごそうと佇む木々を堪能できる座敷に案内してもらいました。板蕎麦を注文。お通しに、リンゴと菊の胡麻ドレ和えが。旨い！リンゴと菊って、こんなに相性良かったの？運ばれてきた蕎麦は細身でしたが、いざ食べてみると、凄くコシが強い！旨い！お汁の量が絶妙！食べ終えた時の残りのお汁に、蕎麦湯を入れて飲むと、完璧！計算されているのかな？何よりも感動したのは、御主人と、お店のマダム方。次々といらっしゃるお客さん方に対する接客姿勢です。多忙極まりない状況下で、何が優先されるべきか否か。感じ方は人それぞれと思います。だけど、微塵も不快感を覚えず、頭を下げたい心地好さを感じたのは、他ならぬ、皆さま方のお人柄の成せる業でしょう。湯飲みをひっくり返した時、狼狽して拭いている僕に「火傷してませんか？そのままで大丈夫ですよ。」と、新しいお茶を持って来て下さった事、嬉しかったです。人気の理由が理解ります！ご馳走さま。また、お邪魔します。 It's a shop I've always been interested in.
