★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こいくち中華そば、ノーマルより甘めのだがニボ粉たっぷりで旨し。縮れ麺で細め、これで間違いなし。
味噌ラーメンも旨そう。
 Kokuchi Chinese noodles, sweeter than normal, but with plenty of nibo powder. Thin with curly noodles, this is definitely.
Miso ramen seems to be delicious.

こいくち中華そばとチャーシュー丼を食べました。スープは煮干のドロドロ感は
あるがくどくない。スースーと食べられてチャーシューが３枚も入っていて柔らかくて美味しいです。
次は味噌ラーメンとそぼろライスです。
An interesting ramen shop along the national highway
I ate Kokuchi Chinese noodles and char siu rice bowl. The soup has a muddy feeling of dried sardines
There is, but it is not tedious. It's eaten with soup and contains 3 pieces of char siu, so it's soft and delicious.
Next is miso ramen and soboro rice.

麺も細縮れでこのスープに合ってると思います。
次は味噌ラーメンに挑戦したいです。
A lightly sweet soup that goes well with sour pork.
I think the noodles are thin and fit with this soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 煮干しが美味しいですが、味噌ラーメンも美味しいです。具をすくう為の網のれんげがついてきます。
黒石焼きそばも美味しいです。もちもちして、追いソースして好みの濃さにして食べる事が出来ます。
ライスには、無料で肉そぼろのトッピングができます。注文の際にそぼろトッピングと言えばOKです。
Niboshi is delicious, but miso ramen is also delicious. Comes with a net goodwill to scoop up the ingredients.
Kuroishi Yakisoba is also delicious. You can make it chewy, add sauce to make it as thick as you like, and eat it.
Rice can be topped with soboro for free. Speaking of soboro toppings when ordering, it's OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道沿いで、弘前市から青森市方面に走った時に左側にあるラーメン屋さんを含む飲食店が少ない。
こちらはその中の一軒です。
今回は辛味噌ラーメン(870円)
ベースは味噌ラーメンで真ん中に辛みペーストが盛られているので、いきなり溶かさなければ味噌ラーメンとしても楽しめます。
味は濃いめでしっかりとした味噌ラーメン。
味噌ラーメンというと北海道の太めのちぢれ麺を想像してしまうが、ここは細目のちぢれ麺。
しかし、麺はしっかりしていて美味しかった。
また、自家製のチャーシューも良い！
今度は中華そば(680円)を食べたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 濃厚中華そば大盛頂きました。魚粉もトッピングされ、濃いめの煮干しダシを求めている方にはオススメです。一般的な中華そばを求めている方は普通の中華そばでよいと思います。店舗はお洒落感は無く、青森市への進行方向国道沿いにあるため入店するには気が進まないかもしれませんが、思いっきりが必要ですね。駐車場が大きいので大型車の方には特にオススメです。個人的にはチャーハンがあったら尚良かったな〜。
