★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩ラーメン食べました。あっさりスープで美味しかったです。ただ、もう少しスープが熱ければ…。連れは、チャーハンも食べていて「旨い！」と。次は醤油ラーメン食べてみようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自家製麺なだけあって 麺にスープが絡んでとても美味しかったです。自家製の胡椒を少し多めにかけて食べるのが 個人的には好きです。
テーブル席(４人掛け)が２つ、カウンターが４席なので 時間帯によっては外で待たなければなりません。
アクリルボートもあるし、片付けの後にちゃんと除菌もされてたのですが...マスターがずっとアゴマスクだったのが気になりました。
As it was homemade noodles, the soup was entwined with the noodles and it was very delicious. I personally like to eat a little more homemade pepper.
There are 2 table seats (for 4 people) and 4 counter seats, so you may have to wait outside depending on the time of day.
There is also an acrylic boat, and it was properly sterilized after cleaning up ... I was worried that the master was an ago mask all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スープに辛さを感じました?少し感じる程度なので自分的にはgood?麺は片栗粉混ぜてるのって感じでツルッとしてスープと絡みまくりで工夫してるなーとあっぱれしました⤴️

出汁と塩いい感じのマッチングです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 煮干しあっさり系のラーメン屋さんです。醤油ラーメンを食べました。お店の中に小さな製麺所があります。清潔感のある店内です。
チャーシューは柔らかくて食べ応えがあり、メンマは歯応えがあります。美味しく頂きました。
塩チャーシュー大を食べましたがビックリ、粉末のバター？が入っていて、スープに混ぜると塩バターのようになって美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店前にも関わらず、笑顔で風除室で待たせてくれました。メニュー数は少ないですが、手打ち麺にもスープにもこだわりを感じました。期間限定ラーメンや、僕が行ったときは半チャーハンサービスもありました。決して大きくはありませんが、店内もオシャレで居心地が良かったです。またお邪魔させていただきます。ごちそうさまでした。
