本当にスープが美味しい。ほとんどスープを飲みきることはないのですが、ここは必ず飲み干してしまいます。2種類のチャーシューもどっちも美味しい。食べたあとの満足感がすごいです。
The soup is really delicious. I rarely drink soup, but I always drink it here. Both types of char siu are delicious. The satisfaction after eating is amazing.

人気店とゆうこともあって平日の昼間に来店、駐車場止めれるか心配でしたが、第2駐車場がありすんなり止めれました! 券売機で地鶏(醤油)を注文トッピングで卵も あっさりとしたスープに細麺が絡みとても美味しい そして締めに[和え玉]を注文これはカウンターで直接オーダーしました。 煮干しの粉末が乗っておりまぜそば感覚で食べました、麺の硬さもちょうどよく、醤油のスープに絡めたりしてアレンジを加えながら食べることができとても満足でした!

13時半なのに相変わらず混んでた。今回は塩をいただきました。卵も美味しかったぁ。塩よりは醤油が好きだなぁ。

「極にぼ系」と呼ばれる青森県(特に津軽地方)の「中華そば」 他県出身の私がそれを初めて食べた時の衝撃は忘れません、「中華そば」と言えば琥珀色に済んでる…なのに優しいダシがしっかり効いたスープって概念を覆されたモノでした 中毒になる「極にぼ系」は県内に沢山あり、それぞれ好みのお店があるかと思います。 私自身このお店を知ったのは職場での評判です。「藤崎町」と言う…正直言えば行く事の無い町にある店で けど、聞けばお店の駐車場はいっぱい…いつも待ってる人がいると… それを聞いて気にならない筈もなく…開店時間を調べて早めに行きました、おかげで無事に治癒に車を停められました、でも店内で既に待ってる人が数名いましたが 注文は券売機にて… 「極にぼ系」な「濃厚煮干しそば」を注文 他の「極にぼ系」のお店と違ったのは、麺が豚骨ラーメンに代表されるような、細麺だったこと 他の「極にぼ系」のお店は中太麺、或いは太麺しか無かったと記憶してた中で、こちらの細麺意表をつかれました 中太で食べごたえある麺に極にぼのスープが絡んで、口の中に充実感が広がる「極にぼ系」だと思ってましたが… こちらの細麺なのに、物凄い「極にぼ感」なスープはとろみもあって、しっかり麺に絡んでました 得意、不得意はそれぞれあるかもですが…えぐ味すら美味しく感じるインパクトあるスープでした。 追加の「替え玉」ならぬ「和え玉」は麺に既に煮干し粉をはじめとした味付けがされており、それだけでも美味しく食べられましたが、一杯目の丼に残ったスープでつけ麺として食べられる…一度の食事で2度も3度も美味しく食べられるお店です。 本来なら星5つ付けたかったけど、初入店でいきなり濃厚煮干しそばを注文… 先ずは普通の「煮干しそば」や「地鶏そば(醤油)」から食べてみても良かったのかな…と 次はそちらも食べたいと思います? なのでホントは星5つです

I remembered that other "Goku nibo" shops had only medium-thick noodles or thick noodles, so I was surprised at this thin noodles. 濃厚煮干そば&和え麺 2021年8月時点でベストオブイヤーです!w 濃厚煮干しに感動。 水が美味しく飲めるラーメンは旨い! かなり濃厚ですが、飽きずに食べられるのが不思議。 そして、和え麺にも感動。 200円でこれが食べれるのかと思った。 ラーメンは大盛ではなく、和え麺を頼むべきだとも。 そして、麺が尋常じゃなくうまい。 歯切れのいい固めの細麺がスープにこれでもか!と絡んで幸せになります。 テーブルには『イカ酢』があって、好みが別れると思うけど個人的には物凄く旨味が出ておいしかった。 でもほんとに最後に味変で足すぐらいでいいと思う。 それぐらい元々が旨すぎる。
Rich Niboshi Soba & Noodles Best of Year as of August 2021! w Impressed by the rich sardines. Ramen that you can drink deliciously with water is delicious! Ramen isn't a big meal, and you should order noodles with it. And the noodles are unusually good. The crispy, firm thin noodles are still in the soup! It makes me happy. There is "squid vinegar" on the table, and I think the tastes are different, but personally, it tasted really good. But I think it's really enough to add it with a strange taste at the end. That's how delicious it was originally.

地鶏そば(醤油)をいただきました。 甘めの醤油ベースのカエシと鶏油が効いた抜群のスープ❕ 低加水の細ストレート麺が噛むほどに甘味がやって来てすりゴマとの相性ヨシ? 追加の「和え玉」がまた、煮干の味が下味でついていて、そのままでもオッケー。いやぁ~美味かった?

濃い煮干しを食べました。 まずはじめにですがかなり濃いです。これまで何度か濃い煮干しのラーメンは食べましたがトップクラスで濃いと感じました。その濃いスープはドロっと粘り気を感じ、苦味があります。ただし、ザラザラとした感触はなく、かなり丁寧に処理されていると感じました。 麺はストレートでこれは珍しいと感じました。スープが絡んでとても美味しかったです。 具材に関してはお肉がかなり柔らかく仕上り、たまねぎが良い感じの食感と風味を醸し出しています。 最後にまとめですか、私は普段、スープを完飲することはありませんが、思わず今回はしてしまうほど美味しかったです。また行きます!
