★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 魚介系の津軽ラーメンです。だしの深みを堪能できます。津軽のラーメンなのにしょっぱすぎず、甘味を堪能できます。
堪能したら胡椒を入れて変わる旨味に舌鼓をうってください。
メニューはラーメンのみ。大盛りすら出来ません。常連の方は注文すらしてません。席に座るとラーメンが出てくるのです。
非常に美味しいです。遠路遙々ですが、また来たいです。

スープは熱々ではなくすぐ冷めた…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青森県を代表するとても美味しいラーメンだと思います。メニューは「ラーメン500円」のみなので、入店後に席に着くと、自動的に配膳されますが、念のため「一つお願いします」と、声を掛けています(^^)増税後も値上げせずに、一杯500円のままだったので、末永く頑張って欲しいですね!!
