特にしゃぶしゃぶ、ふろふき大根、お漬物がおいしかったです。
 We enjoyed hospitality and delicious meals. The threshold was a bit high, but it might be good for special occasions!
Especially the shabu-shabu, radish and pickles were delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご存知、「和田アキ子」さんがプロデュースするお店（居酒屋）となります。
店内はとても落ち着いた上品な雰囲気の作りとなっており、個室を利用しましたがとても広く開放感がありました。
お料理についてはどれもとても美味しいのですが、私にとっては少しお上品すぎて物足りなかったです。おそらく高級な食材をふんだんに使っているものとは思いますが、価格設定も若干割高に感じました。
取引先と会食するようなシチュエーションではまた利用させてもらいたいと思います。

The inside of the store has a very calm and elegant atmosphere, and I used a private room, but it was very spacious and open.
The food is all delicious, but for me it was a little too elegant and unsatisfactory. Probably, I think I use plenty of high-quality ingredients, but I feel that the price setting is a little expensive.
I would like to use it again in situations where I have dinner with a business partner.

酷い言葉を投げ掛けられた…嫌な思い出や…今でも夢に出てくる…ナイトメアや…確かに当時は身長五尺三寸で体重弐拾貫近くあったからな…メタボまっしぐらやった…悔しかったから幽霊部員に近かったけどスポーツジムに通った…そして、何とか参貫近く減量できたんやっ！まだ道半ばやけどご褒美！自分へのご褒美でアッコちゃんの店に行く事にしたんやっ！
ドアノブがアッコちゃんの手形…熱烈に、熱烈に握手っ！！今日は…もうワイはまな板の上の鯉や…マグロや…あとはアッコちゃんにお任せや！
紫陽花コース＋シンプル飲み放題で久々に贅沢な一時を過ごせました！料理もめちゃ美味しかったです。また体重が三貫減ったら自分へのご褒美で参りますっ！！

商店街から少し外れた場所にあります。
わだ家と言う通り、和田あき子さんプロデュースのお店で
玄関のドアノブがあっこさんの手
下にはあっこんさんの足跡で
どちらもデカくてびっくりしました。
なんか前に来た時とメニューも変わっており
ちょっとわかりにくくなってましたが
おぼろづき？なんだこのメニューは？と注文
そしたら前菜が出てきてへぇーコースメニューになってるんだぁって^_^
ちょっとメニューに写真が無かったのと
今までと違ってたので勝手がわかってなかった笑
とは言え、
前菜も旬な物を使ったもの
次にあさりの酒蒸し
次は焼き物は、肉か魚。2人だから一個づつ
桜鯛の若狭焼き、桜島鶏の一夜干し
最後にしゃぶしゃぶ^_^
ロースとバラの2種類
と、、、、、
〆もデザートも無く。
しゃぶしゃぶは間違いなく美味しい
でも、正直なところ他の料理は普通より下
魚はパサパサで少し残念
コースのコンセプトがわからない
あさりの酒蒸しいるのか？
しゃぶしゃぶの鍋は立派だが
コースのしゃぶしゃぶだけで
これだけを使うのはもったいない気も
3000円は安いとは思うけど
でも、ポテトサラダは普通に美味しいけど
わだ屋の出汁巻き玉子は、前より味と焼き加減
が変わったのかもう一つでした。
何よりベルが無いから呼ぶのが大変
ドリンク高いけど、量が少ないなど
なんか、前から同じだったのか？
もう一度行こうかなって思えるほどでは無くなりました。
個人的な意見なので(^_^;)
でも、ご馳走様でした。
コースは見直した方がいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I read reviews about how good this place was for healthier choice for my health fanatic wife, I have to admit I was sceptical at first.
Let me start with comments on the taste and price. The set was just right for two, whereby the super fresh appetizers definitely got our palletes tingling.
It was followed by the main soup, which was served expertly instructed by the waiter on how to best enjoy this broth with veggies wrapped with a slice of meat cooked just right (for those who don't speak Japanese, fret not as there is an English menu with a set of these instructions). Even the spices was well thought of! We had the remaining of our soup to go with rice and egg for the best porridge ever.
The meal was really value for money for an up class restaurant in Osaka. We paid 7000¥ for a shabu shabu set for 2!
Now regarding the service, I have to say it was impeccable.
I made reservations a day earlier, and informed them it was my wife's birthday. They really pulled out all the stops with a complimentary strawberry ice cream plate decorated with a hand written birthday message and a sparkler to top it off. They even made a hand written birthday card with a photo of us in it for her after! It was truly a marvellous experience ?
Only one point to add: they really should up their game to also be the healthiest shabu joint in town by providing healthier options such as leaner cuts in their meat selection and adding some fruits and more vegetables in their set meals.
Overall, still one of my best experiences in dining in Japan so far?
