★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上野付近に住んでいるため上野のうさぎやにはよく伺いますが日本橋は初めて。
16時すぎに人が捌けていたのでどらやきを購入してみました。
上野に比べてどらやきは大きめですね。
生地はふっくらとしていてぱさつきはないですがしっとり感もないふかふか系。
あんは水分あるしっとり上品な甘さでした。
有名な老舗のどらやきを、しかもこの大きさが220円で食べられるのは嬉しいです。
 Since I live near Ueno, I often visit Usagiya in Ueno, but this is my first time in Nihonbashi.
I bought Dorayaki because people were handling it after 16:00.
Dorayaki is bigger than Ueno, isn't it?
The dough is fluffy and not dry, but it is fluffy and not moist.
The sweetness was moist and elegant.
I'm glad that you can eat the famous long-established dorayaki for 220 yen.

平日16:00くらいでまだどらやきが残っていたので、長門さんでお買物したばかりですが迷わず購入します。
うさぎやさんのどらやきは小豆の美味しさがダイレクトに伝わる甘さ控えめのとろとろの餡で大きいのにするっと食べてしまいます。
うさぎまんじゅうと２種類包んでいただいている間に桜餅もあったのに気付きました…。
桜餅のシーズンの間に再訪せねば！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナが少しおさまっていた頃は、お昼休みだと売り切れており、ビフォアーコロナに戻ったかなー、と思っていたのですが、先日はたまたま15時過ぎにお店を訪れることができました。
の紙が貼り出されていなかったので、外から、どら焼きありますか？と声がけしたところ、ありますよ、とのことだったので久しぶりに買うことができました。
おそらく、午後の焼き上がりにちょうどタイミングがあったのだと思います。
ということで久しぶりにいただきましたが、本当に美味しい。
皮だけ食べてもあんこだけ食べても、もちろん両方一度に食べてもしみじみおいしかった。
500,600円のケーキを買っても普通においしい、という程度だと思いますが、この220円は抜群においしいと言って差し障りはないと思います。
つぶあん好きの方はぜひ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬の夕方でも外に行列出来てました。少し大きめでほんのり甘い厚めのふわふわ生地と大粒の小豆餡が１個でも大満足の美味しさです。取り寄せ出来ないのが残念ですし並ぶ理由が分かります。

どら焼き220円を8個購入。うさぎやといえばどら焼き。上野のうさぎやのどら焼きを初めて食べた時にはその美味しさに度肝を抜かれたがその三男が創業したお店。
上野より大きくふっくらしているが、味は似ているようで少し違うかな。
個人的にはやはり上野のほうが好きかも。
でも普通のお店のどら焼きよりは数段美味しい！

Purchased 8 dorayaki 220 yen. Speaking of rabbits, dorayaki. When I first ate Ueno's Usagiya and Dorayaki, I was amazed at how delicious it was, but the restaurant was founded by the third son.
It's bigger and plump than Ueno, but the taste seems to be similar and a little different.
Personally, I may prefer Ueno.
But it's a lot more delicious than the regular Dorayaki!

TVで見て食べて見たかったけど口コミで見ると売り切れることもあるとかで午後到着してすぐ行ってきました。土曜日午後少し並んでいましたがスタッフさんも数名いらしてスムーズに入店、無事に買えました!こちらは予約もできる様で、予約している方は別の列で受け取りに来られていました。
御目当てのどら焼きと、もなかをget!
ホワホワで重量感のあるどら焼きは中の餡子がすごく上品でパクッと食べてしまいました♪♪
もなかのこしあんには皮に黒胡麻が！胡麻の香ばしさも素敵でした。
消費期限が翌日なので買いすぎたかなーと思いながらしっかり食べ終わってしまいました^ ^
お取り寄せが出来ないのが凄く残念ですが、それもまたプレミアム感があって良いですね！✴︎

The expiration date is the next day, so I thought I bought too much, but I finished eating well ^ ^

When I first touched it, the pancake’s smoothness made me happy.
Then I took a bite and indeed it was soft, and tasted fresh too. Red bean was also quite smooth and not overly sweet.
Definitely recommend to anyone that want to try excellent dorayaki.
*Note that it can only keep for 48hrs.
