宇	宇和島御飯 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本橋にある「和食日和おさけと日本橋」でランチ。以前も日本橋にあったお店が、また日本橋に復活したと聞き楽しみに訪問。店内がきれいで感染症対策もバッチリだったので安心して食事が出来ました。鯛めしは愛媛の宇和島流のスタイルで皮目を湯引きしてあり生の食感がたまらない。つけタレは黄身の入った濃厚甘め、魚沼産のコシヒカリと絡み合うとどんどんお箸がすすんじゃいました。以前伺ったときと変わらず、安定の美味しさでした。ごちそう様です。 Lunch at "Washoku Hiyori Sake and Nihonbashi" in Nihonbashi.
