や	やまがら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実際にお店にお伺いしたことはないのですが、、以前、知人から美味しいお菓子をやっと手に入れたよといただいたのが始まり。若紫というお菓子でした。年に数回の予約を受け販売しているそうで、お店に行ったら購入できるお菓子では無いそうですよ・・・なんと貴重なものを、、今までに２回も頂いてしまいました。３回目は何時かな・・素敵な童の絵に顔が綻びながら蓋を開けると、およよっと、、先ずは色々なお菓子を頭の中でイマジネーション。一口いただく、とホロっと口に入ったと思ったら溶けてゆく、、水で溶いた片栗粉を指で摘み上げた時のとろけ方と申しましょうか、、しっかり甘さを感じますが、それはとても上品なものでしつこさなど有りません。食レポ大の苦手です、、この辺はご自身でお確かめください。私は渋めのお茶で頂きます。和菓子が好きな私にはある意味究極のお菓子！困った事が一つ、、後に引くお菓子です、、止まりませんよ。。ご予約時期など、ご興味が有りましたらお店でのご確認をお勧めします。私は次に何時いただけるか楽しみに待つ毎日です。 I haven't actually visited the store, but it started when an acquaintance told me that I finally got some delicious sweets.
