店員の対応が酷いなんてものではない。
無料と説明されたサービスが有料だったので伺ったら「そんなことは言った覚えはない。言った証拠でもあるのか？」となぜかこちらが責められる始末。
問い合わせセンターに言いますねと言ったら「ええ、言ってみてくださいよ」と半笑いで客に喧嘩腰。
待ち時間も言われた時間＋30分は待たされる。
その分の駐車料金を貰いたいくらいです。
契約期間が終わったら不当請求されたと解約する予定です。
もう絶対に利用しません。

The waiting time is also the said time + 30 minutes.
I would like to get a parking fee for that amount.
When the contract period ends, we will cancel the contract as if it was unfairly charged.
I will never use it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市川駅からすぐの所にあリます。担当の方の説明は丁寧だったことと、繰り越しができるので、乗り換えました。また、契約していたWiFiが繋がらなくなり、不便な状態が続いていたので、その会社は解約して、WiMĀX HOME 02を購入しました。接続状態が良いので、ストレスフリーになりました。いつも混んでいますが、予約なしでOKです。日にもよりますが、普段は、３人の担当者がいます。
It's just a stone's throw from Ichikawa station. The explanation of the person in charge was polite and I could carry it over, so I changed. Also, the contracted WiFi was not connected and the inconvenience continued, so the company canceled and purchased WiMĀX HOME 02. The connection is good, so it's stress-free. It's always crowded, but it's OK without a reservation. Depending on the day, there are usually three people in charge.
