昨日18時頃来店させていただき、商品についてスタッフの方を探していたのですが、お声かけさせていただいた方からの一言で他で購入する気持ちになってしましました。お声かけた方が社員さんではなかったのかもしれませんが、「社員さんが今、いないようなのですごくお待ちするかも」と。
探しも、レジ等にいたスタッフにも声をかけることなくその一言。
その後、レジに並びお会計のお客様になってレジの方に声かけていただきスタッフを呼んでもらい対応してもらいましたが、その時点で来店から30分以上たっておりました。
ホームセンター等にあるスタッフ予備ボタンをご検討していただければと。

しかし店員からコルトンプラザ店では出来ないと言われあえなく断念。
しかし、別日に電話で問い合わせてみたところ、解約できるとの回答。
また、時間があったため、後日店舗に行き、再度店員に聞いたところ、やはり出来ないとの事。
時間を割いて来ているため、はっきりしてほしいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在データS IMで使い勝手が悪かったのでスマホの買い替えを考えていて、私はスマホに疎いのと、今までの所が相談しづらかったのもあって迷っていた中で、どこの会社の物がいいのかわからないので総合的に相談出来る店で聞きやすいお店と言う選択で伺いました。対応してくれたお店の方が、予約も無く来た私に対して、直ぐに相談に乗って頂き、メリット、デメリットの両方を必ず説明してくれて疎い私でも大変わかりやすかったです。おかげで迷う事なく即購入です。中々時間が取れないので助かりました。今後も何かあったら対応してもらえそうで満足して帰りました。神対応な方で良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家の建て替えに伴い家電製品を二世帯分の購入を検討していたが、家電量販店をいくつか周りましたが、なかなか値段や店員さんの説明不足が多かった為、普段家族で買い物で利用しているコルトンプラザにノジマさんが入っている事を思いだしお店に伺って色々見ていたところ、櫻井さん（女性）に声をかけていただき案内しついただきました。その後、家内とテレビコーナーを見ていたら、新川さんがいらして、とても詳しく商品説明をして下さいました。まだ買うとも決めていないのにエアコン、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、テレビなど
私達の立場になってとても分かりやすく尚且つ値引きなど説明していただきました。一度家に帰り家内と相談し、ノジマさんで購入する事に決め
週末にお店に伺い契約いたしました。同時に、携帯乗り換えや光の検討も相談したらとても快く受けて下さり、携帯担当の南さんにスムーズに話を通して下さいました。新川さんの素晴らしい対応もさる事ながら、南さんの対応も大変素晴らしく、気配り心配りには感謝しました。
今後また家電製品の購入や携帯の相談などがあららましたら是非是非、新川さん、南さん、櫻井さんに、お願いしたいと思っております。もちろん知人等にも紹介したいと思っております。
