重	重機 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親族が亡くなったので、auとワイモバイルそれぞれの実店舗に伺いました。 auは死亡診断書を提出し、3枚程の書類にサインして終了。約10～15分。ワイモバイルは店舗にいるのに本部に電話をかけるように言われ、電話口でタライ回しで本人確認を3回行った後に「かけ直します」と言って切られる。次の電話で「書類を郵送するので記入して免許証のコピーを同封して返送して欲しい。」とのこと。店舗にいるのに？返送すると「書類の不備です。住所がわかりません。返送用の封筒を送りますので、住民票を送って下さい。」と。免許証のコピーに住所は書いてあるよね？再び返送するも、約2週間連絡無し。こちらから確認の連絡をすると再びタライ回しの後に「既に解約になっていますよ？」と。馬鹿にされているのでしょうか。念のため書きますが、店舗の店員さんはとても良い人でした。ただ、ワイモバイルは金を集めることしか想定していない酷い会社です。 Since my relative died, I asked each of the au and wy mobile real stores. au submits a death certificate, signs three documents and ends. ウ	ウパ吉大佐 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソフトバンク契約者です。格安スマホに換えるためにその相談を店に行きました。解約するので当然の事ながら店的にはあまり良い相談では無いと思うのですが、あからさまに接客対応が良くない。大手三社の中でサービスが悪く一番融通の効かない会社で解約する訳だから何故客が離れるのかもっと店側は理解するべき。いえ、これはソフトバンクグループ全体の問題ですね。 I am a Softbank contractor.
