H	Hajime Yoshida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけめん濃厚をいただきました。スープはつけ麺のスタンダードな感じ、うま味のある濃厚さが稲庭うどん並みの太い麺に程よく絡み、最後まで美味しくいただきました。個人的には柚子が少し多めでもよかったかな。ただ、チャーシューとメンマはしょっぱ過ぎましたね。あと、箸とコップの汚れが気になりました。コロナ対策はパーティションや席の間隔をしっかり取っています。この徹底振りで席数を少なくなっているので、売上を心配してしまうくらいですね。また伺います。 I received Tsukemen rich. す	すーぷら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特製つけ麺濃厚をいただきました。麺は太めの平ストレート、きれいに麺線がそろえられた盛り付け、こしもしっかりとありツルツルしてます。つけ汁はドロドロタイプ、煮干しをメインにした魚粉系ですが、煮干し系特有の後からくる苦味はなく、またゆずにより後味はスッキリしています。トッピングは麺の上にメンマ、2種類のチャーシュー(最近良く2種類と書いている気がするのは流行りなんですかね(^_^;))、黄身凝固率8割ながらしっかりと味しみの味たま。更につけ汁内にもトッピング、ナルト、チャーシュー、メンマ、そして海苔。しょっぱいモノをイメージしてましたが、必要以上には塩気抑えられているので、食べやすかったです。 We had a rich special tsukemen.
