★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人がほしいサンダルがあり、試しに履こうとしたところ「あちらの椅子で履いてください」と冷たい対応で、椅子の方にサンダルだけを置きっぱなしにし、まるで後は勝手に履いて下さいっていうような感じの対応でした。忙しいのは理解できますが笑顔もない、サイズの案内もない、こんな靴屋さんで買いたいとは思えませんでした。
 I have a sandal that a friend wants, and when I tried to wear it, I said "Please wear it in that chair", and the cold response, leaving only the sandal on the chair, just wear it afterwards. It was a response like that. I understand that I am busy, but I don't think I want to buy at a shoe store like this, with no smile, no size guide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日の割にはスタッフさんが少なくて他のお客様対応が終わるまで待ちましたが、多忙なのに丁寧に見てくださりました。またご提案もきていただき、満足して購入させていただきました。
スタッフさんによって対応は様々かと思いますが、たまたま良いスタッフさんに対応してくださって良かったです。
There weren't many staff for the holidays, so I waited until the other customers were dealt with, but even though I was busy, they looked carefully. We also received suggestions and were satisfied with the purchase.
I think there are various responses depending on the staff, but I'm glad that they happened to respond to good staff.
