車を止めて海を見ながらのランニングも最高！
A place to meet the Shinano River on the Sea of Japan side.
Climb to the tower and see the Sea of Japan.
You can also see the Japan Sea Ferry ⛴.
Running while stopping the car and looking at the sea is also the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7階建てで、大きな階段は４階の階段広場に通じています。防波堤がよく見えます。子供を連れて行くと喜びそうです。
It has 7 floors and a large staircase leads to the staircase square on the 4th floor. You can see the breakwater well. It seems to be a pleasure to bring a child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タワー展望台は、高さこそありませんが、目の前に広がる水平線が素敵です。朱鷺メッセからも見える、赤色の灯台？が気になりました。そこまでには道が無いみたいでした。
The tower observatory is not tall, but the horizon that stretches out in front of you is wonderful. A red lighthouse that can be seen from Toki Messe? I was worried. There didn't seem to be a way to that point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ”山の下みなとタワー”から”入船みなとタワー”まで地下のトンネルを歩いて通ってみました。
無料で入れるスペースで展望室やいくつかの展示物が楽しめますが、わりと寂れている印象があり、アクセスが不便なこともあって観光でわざわざ訪れたい場所かというと微妙なところです（地元の人が多くいる印象もありました）。
ただ、建造物としてはかなり独特で面白みがあり、トンネルも独特の雰囲気が味わえる（といっても至って普通のトンネルではあります）ので、そうしたものに興味を引かれる方は楽しめるかもしれません。
I walked through the underground tunnel from "Yamashita Minato Tower" to "Irifune Minato Tower".
You can enjoy the observation room and some exhibits in the free space, but it seems to be rather lonely, and it is inconvenient to access, so it is a delicate place to visit for sightseeing (local). I had the impression that there were many people.
However, it is quite unique and interesting as a building, and the tunnel also has a unique atmosphere (although it is a very ordinary tunnel), so those who are interested in such things may enjoy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bicycled along the park, planning to bicycle under the sea using the tunnel. I had no idea this obervatory was there (nor the one on the other side of the tunnel). It was a pleasant surprise and the tower afforded a couple of views I would not have had. Pleasant surprise!
