★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 minutes by bus from Niigata Station.25 minutes on foot. There is a very beautiful observation deck. And it's free. There is a nearby hotel restaurant where you can eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a view from the 31st floor of the observation deck! You can see it’s entire views of Niigata City and Sado Island in the far distance if it’s clear weather. I’ve enjoyed watching “Portable Shrine” called Mikoshi on the boat during 2019 Niigata Matsuri Festival from here. It was well air conditioned and comfortable to stay when it was very hot outside. There are a souvenir shop and a cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for vaccination. It was big place and many different buildings are there. Lot of people came for vaccination. Before i had my Japanese exam in this location. This is tallest seaside building in Japan. This is mainly hotel building.
