麺が極上。ざるのつけ出汁は甘く感じたが。
何か西讃のほうは甘めに感じるのは気のせいか。

Maybe it's because I feel that Seisan is sweeter.

店員さんのかけてくれる言葉も気づかいが感じられて気持ち良いです。うどんも１玉の量が多いのか、小を食べても食べたという満足感があります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雲辺寺観光の際検索上位ということで立ち寄らせていただきました。正午過ぎ、満席で慌ただしい様子でしたが店員さんは元気で感じが良く提供も早かったです。テーブル席のほかに座敷もあり小さいお子さん連れの方も多かったです。靴箱が無く入り口すぐの床は座敷客の靴であふれかえっていますがそれもご愛嬌という感じ。とり天定食を注文しましたがセットのうどんでも一般的なお店の単品一人前くらいのボリュームがあってお出汁も美味しかったです。

I ordered a Toriten set meal, but even with the udon noodles in the set, the volume was about the size of a single item at a typical restaurant, and the soup stock was delicious.

「温玉ぶっかけ」の冷を注文、「麺の量は大中小ありますけど、どうしますか？」と聞かれ、とりあえず具合が分からないので「小」にしました。
出てきたうどんを見て「角が立ってる！つやつや！」と久しぶりの本場讃岐うどんに感激！
太過ぎず細過ぎず、コシの強いシコシコの麺に、見た目とは全然違うあっさりして魚の旨味が効いたぶっかけ出汁とが相まってとても美味しかった！
「小」にしたことが気になっていましたが、どこぞのチェーン店の「大」よりも多いくらいの量で、大満足でした。

There is usually a line but service is fast and there is a good amount of seating available so you won't be waiting long. Noodles are also handmade in house.
