菅	菅原一城 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅街の中にある、とても雰囲気が良い、小綺麗なお店です。店内も今の世相を反映して、対策もしっかりしていて、安心できました。お目当ての二郎系はありませんでしたが、醤油ラーメンに、野菜を多めにトッピングして、背脂多めにして、無料の、刻みニンニクを、多めにかけて、それ風にいただきました? とても美味しいスープに、中太麺がよく絡み、大変満足しています。 It is a beautiful shop with a very nice atmosphere in a residential area. o	oyabun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この日は埼玉県岩槻までふらっとラーメン食べ歩き。まず訪問したのは麵家ひまり。場所はさいたま市岩槻区上野。店の道路を挟んだところに駐車場があったので止めて訪問しました。店内はカウンターとテーブル席で１３，４席くらいかな。入店までにしっかりとコロナ対策が取られていました。こちらは醤油、味噌、油そばなどいろいろあります。今回はみそラーメン、生卵をチョイス。背脂やら麺の硬さなど選ぶことができます。初めてなので普通がいいかなー。提供されたのがこちら。生卵は別皿提供なので丼に入れちゃいました。刻んだ玉ねぎ、木耳、チャーシューがのってます。スープを飲んでみると甘味ある味噌の味わいがいい感じです。玉ねぎが清涼感を加えてるので背脂ましにしてみてもよかったかも。途中で生卵を溶きながら麵やスープに絡めると美味しいなー。チャーシューはやや脂身多い目の印象でもう少し赤身がいいかな。麺は手もみ風でちぢれの入った太麺でスープによくあっていてもっちりとした食感がいいです。これはライスも頼んで最後スープに投入したかったかも。個性的な味噌ラーメンをいただくことができました。 On this day, I went to Iwatsuki, Saitama prefecture to eat ramen.
