M	Masami Kondo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりの東岩槻大勝軒。中華そば820円をいただく。普通盛りで大盛り程度の量で丼も大きい。13時過ぎに行ったが店前待ち客2人。コロナ対策でカウンターの席数を減らしてる影響かも。お味は安定の味でいわゆる永福町系大勝軒の煮干しの効いたスープ。カウンターの奥の壁に永福町大勝軒から贈られた古びた鏡が掛けてある。星をひとつ減らしたのは季節柄かいつも乗ってる柚子の皮がなかったから。ほんの小さなものだが良いアクセントになってる。 Higashiiwatsuki Daikatsuken after a long absence. o	oyabun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日もせっせと永福町系大勝軒回り。この日は東岩槻にある大勝軒に訪問をしました。場所はさいたま市岩槻区にあります。専用駐車場があるのでそちらに止めて訪問。１０分くらい前について２組のお客さんが待たれてました。時間が来て店内へ。店内はカウンターとテーブル席で２０名くらいかな。昔ながら食堂といった雰囲気で好きな感じです。今回はチャーシュー麺、生卵を注文。しばらく待って提供されたのがこちら。おー、銀のトレイに乗せられて、生卵は別皿提供。チャーシューがでかくていい感じですな♪ 煮干しのいい香りが漂ってきます。麺はちぢれの入った中細麺。やわらかい目のゆで加減でずるずるっとすすりやすいです。永福町系の特徴であるボリュームたっぷりでスープとの相性も良くって箸が止まりませんな。スープはしっかりと煮干しも効いてしっかりと濃いめの味付け。ごくごくと飲みたくなる味わいでこれまた美味いです。ちょっと入れられてるゆずの皮が所々でいい香りを感じさせてくれます。途中で生卵を溶かしながらスープを飲むとまた味にまろやかさが加わって美味しかった。チャーシューは大きめなんだけど厚みがやや寂しい。もうちょい厚みがあって食べ応えあるという事ないかな。メンマはしっかりとした味付けで美味しかったです。瞬殺で食べ終わりました。私も後も続々とお客さんが入ってきて人気のお店でした永福町系まだまだ回らねば♪ Today as well, around the Eifukucho-based Daishoken.
