塩ラーメンはいい塩加減でしっかりとスープの味が堪能出来て後味がスッキリした味わいで美味しい。
味噌ラーメンは少し甘めなんで卓上の一味で少しアクセントを加えると自分好みに！
チャーシュー、メンマまでこだわりがありおすすめのお店です。
しいて言うなら、サイドのご飯がもう少し固めでシャキッとしてると更に自分好みかなぁ^ ^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩ラーメンが魚介系スープなのでとても美味しかったです。ただ、油？が浮いていて食べた感じもちょっとこってり感。チャーシューが柔らかかったですが、自分には辛かった。
味噌野菜ラーメンは野菜が沢山入っている分スープが薄く感じました。
コロナ対策はしっかりされているようでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内子インターチェンジ近くと好立地で明屋書店の敷地内にあるので駐車場も広く入りやすかったです。 コロナウイルス感染症予防対策をしっかりとされており、入口はもちろん至る所に手先消毒液の設置、メニューも壁に貼ってある程の徹底ぶりです。清潔感のある綺麗な店内カウンター席、テーブル席と小上がり席がありました。換気も良く出来ているようで安心して食事を楽しむ事が出来ました。この日は餃子とニラ入りラーメンを頂きました。餃子はしっかりと焼いてあり、ニラ入りラーメンも美味しかったです。キャッシュレス決済が出来るのも便利です。ご馳走様でした、また伺います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内子IC近く、明屋書店さんの駐車場内にあるので車も停めやすいです。無添加にこだわっており、優しい感じがしますがしっかりパンチもあります。味は常に研究されていて、期間限定や新しいメニュー開発にも積極的。脇役のメンマが凄く美味しい。写真は魚介醤油ラーメンですが、スッキリした普通の醤油ラーメンより旨味が強く、癖になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪です 今治市から 80分で到着です。私はニラ玉 家内は塩を頂きました。美辞麗句はいらんね～ 旨かった～ シンプルにそれにつきます。化学調味料を使用してない と言う御主人の拘りにも納得です。食後の喉の乾きも全くありませんでした。
コロナ対策も行き届いており安心して食事させていただきました。全メニュー トライしたい。次回が楽しみです。
This is my first visit. It takes 80 minutes from Imabari City. I got salt from my wife, Garlic Chives. I don't want to say good words ~ It was delicious ~ It's simple. I am convinced by my husband's insistence that he does not use chemical seasonings. There was no dry throat after eating.

私は、鹹水の匂いに敏感で、少しでも匂ってしまうと、そのメニューは食べられなくなるのですが、こちらは何種類か食べさせて貰いましたが、全く匂いは気にならず、ラーメンと出汁を味わえてます。
嫌いな匂いしちゃうと食欲なくなってしまう、私と同じ様な悩みを抱えているかたにはオススメです。
とりニンニク拉麺は、親鳥をトッピングされていたと思います。「親」が好きな人にオススメしますが、翌日ニンニク匂うと不味いかな？という方は注意が必要かと。

お店はお昼時だったのでお客さんも多かったですが、感じのいい店員さんたちの対応が素敵でした。
餃子がおすすめのようでしたので、味噌ラーメンと餃子のセットをいただきました。
餃子セットにはご飯がついてきますがふりかけがついてるのが個人的に斬新でした。
味噌ラーメンは辛さはそれほど感じず食べやすいですが箸をすすめると気がついたら身体がほかほかになってました。
チャーシューは柔らかく、こちらも美味しかったです。
餃子も人気メニューというだけあって美味しかったです。
餃子、唐揚げ、丼物などはテイクアウトもできるようです。
ラーメンのメニューも豊富なので今度は違うラーメンもいただいてみたいです。
ご馳走様でした。
