スープぬる過ぎ。麺のびすぎ。
ネギ味噌チャーシュー1000円！！！
高すぎ。チャーシューは、モモかな？パサパサで、尚かつ、臭う！くさい！
ネギ増１１０円・チャーシュー増２８０円ですと。。。

客にはコロナウイルス感染拡大について黙食だの色々口煩く書いてたりするくせに、店側は人員を割きたく無いが為のセルフサービスで誰もが触れる水やらを取りに行くという点等で、店の中途半端さが目立った。
持ちつ持たれつという関係というより客だけ我慢しろという店側の対応が良くわかった。
頼んだ名物だというネギ味噌ラーメン、正直インスタントラーメンを食べた方がマシだと思った。
スープが全然暑くなくて味のバランスも悪く、麺との相性が本当に良くない。
ネギラーメンで頼んでたはずなのに何かの間違いじゃ無いかと思うくらいネギが少なかった。
接客態度はかなり冷たい。
まるでロボットが対応している様だった。
もう二度と行くことは無い。

松山や東温のラーメンショップに比べるとスープが薄い感じがしました。チャーシューも硬めでした。
息子はいつも頼むワカメラーメン。息子も松山のほうが美味しいと言ってました。
カウンターで食べて、帰りに店主？に『ご馳走様でした。』と挨拶しても無視…
奥さんでしょうか、女性スタッフの方のほうが愛想よく挨拶もしてくれました。
お店の中は白い壁と木材で清潔感があっていい感じなのに残念です。

この店は基本的に他の店舗に比べると薄味。美味しくないことはないが「これぞラーメンショップ！」と言うパンチが無いように感じた。
