★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まろやかや調和の取れた味、という感じです。今回は鍋焼きラーメンと冷やし中華を注文。家人と半分こしていただきました。馴染み深い、イメージを裏切らない味です。やや細目のストレート麺は伸びるのも早いので、鍋焼きラーメンは熱さと時間との戦いです。（笑）諸兄の健闘を祈ります。
 It has a mellow and harmonious taste. This time I ordered hot pot ramen and chilled Chinese noodles. I had half rubbed with my family. It is a familiar taste that does not betray the image. The slightly finer straight noodles grow quickly, so Nabeyaki Ramen is a battle between heat and time. (Laughs) I pray for the good fight of my brothers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大洲の屋台と言えば、福ちゃんラーメン！ 常識です。大洲市民の方には、とても懐かしく誇りの味です。 想いでの味と言ってもいいでしょう。
大洲市民でなくても、何となく懐かしい感じがする素朴なラーメンです。美味しく頂けます。
店内はカウンター席と座敷席。あまり広くないので、すぐにいっぱいになります。もっと混むのが駐車場。すぐにいっぱいになるし、狭いので車を入れにくいです。
大洲市民はもちろん、旅行や出張の方にもオススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらのラーメンを提供してくれるラーメン屋ですが、とにかくスープが美味しい。安心する味です。あと、大洲市役所前で屋台も夜に出されてますが、お店で食べる味の方が好きですね。
It's a ramen shop that offers old-fashioned ramen, but the soup is delicious anyway. It is a taste that you can rest assured. Also, there are food stalls in front of Ozu City Hall at night, but I prefer the taste of eating at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道56号から少し入ったところにあるラーメン屋です。ブックオフを目印にするといいかと思います。
サイドメニューはなく、ラーメンの他は飲み物とご飯だけです。
メニューの中で目を引くのが「ぬるいラーメン」でしょうか。注文してみましたが、もちろんアツアツで出てくるわけではなく、かといって冷めているわけでもなく、猫舌な自分にはホントいいあんばいで出てきました。
それでもってスープは飲みやすくて美味しかったし、麺もよかったです。
鍋焼きラーメンもありますが、あくまで他のラーメンとスープは同じ感じなので、本場高知のクセのある味を期待すると、ちとイメージと違うかもしれません。でも元が美味しいから問題なし！というのが率直な感想でしたがｗ
鍋焼きラーメンらしく、他のラーメンと具材は異なり、ニラ・生卵・ちくわなど使用していましたが、肉は鶏肉ではなく豚肉でした。
総合的には値段も手頃ですし、味も美味しくてとても満足でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you think that the best Nabeyaki Ramen is found in Susaki town, you might want to reconsider.
It was the best ramen I had in all of Japan. Served in a rock pot, the broth still boiled while the noodles were about to become aldente. I highly recommend trying the ramen here. The owner is a real pro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a sweet little Ramen restaurant where they use water produced in Ozu to make their delicious Ramen. I ordered Asahi draft beer to go along with my miso Ramen. The beer was served in ice cold mugs, great for cooling down on a hot summer evening.
The prices were very reasonable. They do not have an english menu but even a smattering of Japanese is enough to order a meal ?
All in all I can recommend this place.
