トータル金額として、大した額では無いが、担当者の不手際であれば、仲介会社の方で負担すべき。
また、それまでの手続きでも、担当者はルーズな割には、こちらに求める期限が短い。

いぶかしく思い問い合わせのメールを送ったがこれも無視。

法的には仲介手数料賃料1か月分請求する際は賃借人の承諾が必要だから、その旨をきちんと説明して欲しい。
当たり前のように見積書仲介手数料1か月分請求しているが、不動産に詳しくない人は当たり前のように契約しちゃうね。
それと内見の時の対応が酷い。
ドア開けて、後は勝手に見てくださいという感じで放置が基本。普通はここがいいですよとか営業すると思うが。
