★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クチコミみたらほんとうに対応悪いんですね、、。自分はてきとうな対応されました。いい人にあたればいいですけど、対応の悪さを覚悟したほうがいいです。問い合わせのため電話したら、今二階で電話とっていて、担当者が一階にいるからよくわからない、と言われ、自分がかけた電話番号が間違ってしまいましたか？、と尋ねると、電話番号は合っているが、二階でとったから一階のことはわからない、と意味不明なことを言われました。電話でのお問い合わせにもある程度不安があると思います。
その後折り返しかかってきましたが、曖昧な返答ばかりでめんどくさがってる感じがすごいありました。

入居者間のトラブルなどで対応していただいた事がありましたが法的によろしくないのでは？というような嫌がらせを受けました。
他にも色々とありましたが思い出すだけ苛立ってしまうのでこれ以上は書きませんが、、
もしここの管理物件を検討している方がいましたら本当によく見定めてから契約した方がいいと思います

1週間以上音沙汰無し。
メールが来ないと電話をよこすけど
とっくにメール送っている事を伝えたら
「何日に送りました？何時ですか？」と…
そこですか？笑
客のメールを1週間以上放置、さらには
メールが埋もれていたと言い訳する始末。
会社として、社員の教育が出来ていない！
社員としての自覚が無い！
安藤さんには不信感しか残りませんでした。
絶対オススメしません！

離職率が異常に高いことが原因で、この会社の社員は素人だらけ。
ずっと在籍しているのは部長と経営者だけ。
優秀な人は察してさっさと逃げる。
管理部門の社員もひどいが、営業事務の女もひどい。
背の低い小柄な40過ぎのおばさんで、客に対しての態度じゃない。
表情や口の利き方が大人とは思えない非常識さで不快。

営業マンも素人だったし、これだけレベルの低い不動産屋は他にない。
契約しないほうが身のためだ。

価値観の違いかもしれませんが
私の価値観では水漏れは早急に対応すべきものかなと思うんですが
連絡してから業者に連絡してみます
から２日連絡なし
4回ほど連絡してやっと繋がりましたが、営業時間外になるから行きたくないみたいな態度されて、自分の営業時間内で対応できる土日で対応しようとして待たせるし
業者さんとのお話を聞いてると、お金かかるから応急処置でどうにかしようとばかりして業者さんに怒られてました
その後も修理の立会に来てくださいましたが、ここご腐ってるから一緒に変えれません？って聞いても、お金がかかる、大家さんに連絡しないといけなくなるからって
大家さんに連絡するのがお仕事なんじゃないんてすか？？
営業時間外にお仕事したくないのはんかる
でも、最低限お仕事してほしい
管理会社なら管理するのが会社ですよね
