いま様々な不動産関係に電話してますがここには絶対に頼まないし、関わりたくない。
久しぶりに不愉快な社会人男性でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居して半年過ぎて契約書が届きました。 駐輪場が無いアパートで何処に自転車を置いて良いのか問い合わせたら今だに連絡有りません。 日本不動産に電話すると社員は名前を名乗らない今どき社員教育が出来てない会社だと思います。 こんな対応が悪い会社…よく経営出来てますよね… とても×2 ビックリです!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応から建物管理すら何一つ素人以下。こちらの管理物件に住んでいるが管理費だけ取られて、共有地の清掃も年一回程度で外廊下の蛍光灯は切れっぱなし。草はぼうぼうで貯水槽なんて清掃したの見た事ありません！！これからこちらか賃貸予定される予定ある方は考えた方良いです。現在の入居者より

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリーニングなしでの受け渡し。便器割れ。連絡するも最後まで対応なし。写真撮って渡すもまた対応なし。退去時にクリーニング、鍵交換代、便器修理代等の請求。頭おかしい。
Delivery without cleaning. Toilet bowl cracked. Even if I contact you, there is no response until the end. There is no correspondence even if I take a picture and hand it over. Billing for cleaning, key exchange, toilet repair, etc. when moving out. I'm crazy.

最初から最後までとにかく対応が悪い。

不動産会社として運営する以前に高圧的な社員の教育から始めるべき。
とにかく最低な不動産会社。
