★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居時に鍵の交換費用をとられましたが、明らかに傷だらけの古い鍵を渡されました。また退去する際には借主が負担しなくてよい退去費用を請求されました。
退去費用の説明も不審点が多かったです。
気をつけた方がいいです。
追記 退去から数ヶ月経ちますが、退去費用の精算書も送られてきませんでした。

契約を勝手な都合で無理矢理早めるし、入金日を勝手に指定。
挙げ句２日に一回入金催促の電話(期日前)
入金後には契約手続き最中に担当異動するも、連絡なし。
報連相一切なしの一方通行。
二度と使わない店舗。

敏感に口コミに反応している時点でそういう事なのだろう。
というより、連絡すらまともに出来ないのに口コミには反応できる辺りに、苦笑いを禁じ得ない。
毎回テンプレートのような謝罪文を記載しているが、以前の同じような口コミに対しても同じ文で謝罪している。
と、いうことは改善出来ないレベルの無能集団なのか、改善するつもりがないのに口先だけで謝罪しているのか。
まあ、いずれFCなのでここの店舗と系列の店舗を利用する事は二度とないし、知人が利用しようとしている際は全力で止めるだろうと思う。

隣接する部屋のエアコン室外機がうるさいので再三再四修理や交換をお願いしているのですが、最初に指摘してから４５日経過した現在も対応してくれません。
不動産というより大家側に問題があるのかもしれませんがいずれにしても残念です。
三菱のエアコンなので、騒音値の偽装をしているのかもしれません。

こちらから電話しても担当者不在と言われ折り返し電話来ると思えば1週間経てどこない
信用出来ず他の店舗へ電話してこちらに連絡するように伝えてもらっても電話なし
星すらつけたくない
