打ち漏れがあった場合、２週間以内であれば対応しますとのことだったので行ってきました。
アレキを使用した場合の脱毛は、直径18mmの円形の面積以上でなければ打ち漏れとは認めませんとのことで結局対応してもらえませんでした。線状やひし形状、帯状で18mm以上の場合でも、それは減退期の毛周期と判断し、成長期以外の毛根からは生えてきて当然なので面積など関係なく打ちもれとは認めない方針としてるとのことです。
他のクリニックで医療脱毛をしたことがあり対応してもらえてたので、こちらでも対応して貰えると思いましたが、こちらは厳しい条件がついておりました。
しかし、こちらとしては気になるので費用を出しても良いから対応して欲しいと伝えても皮膚に負担がかかり火傷の原因になるから出来ないとのことでした。
企業として接客対応に力を入れていることはわかりますし、対応してくれた男性スタッフは良い方でしたが、自分で判断し結論は出せないからということで何枚も写真を撮りチーフに判断をあおぎに行き、話が二転三転したあげく、女性のチーフがお出ましになりクリニックとしての結論を出しました。その間、服を脱いだ状態で50分も待たされた上での解答です。
脱毛した場合、その場所の毛は１度は抜けて全てなくなり、時間の経過で再度生えてきた毛を脱毛し、それを繰り返してなくすものだと思っておりましたがこちらの場合はそうではないとのこと。成長期以外の毛には効果がないのだからすぐに生えてきて当然とのことです。
リーズナブルに脱毛は出来ますが、期待して行くとガッカリするかもしれません。安いなりに理由があるのだなぁと思った次第です。
