陶器のビールジョッキがとても冷えていて良かったです。サラダを注文しようかと思いましたが、お通しが立派なサラダでした。

カウンター席から調理場丸見えなので調理場の方々はもう少し笑顔で仕事してくれたら評価一つあげられそう。

今回は場所的に使いやすかったので入ってみました。
BiVi の4階は居酒屋が何軒か入っていますが、コロナが落ち着き人が増えたとはいえ、まだまだ寂しい感じ。
店員さんは元気に迎えてくれましたが、客が少ないせいか、店員さん同士の暇っすね～って会話が丸聞こえ(^-^;)
お酒は提供が早くていいんですが、料理のスピードがちょっと不思議。
手がかかりそうなものは、もう来たの!?って早さで、意外に簡単なメニューが20分以上出て来ない。
実は注文してなかったっけ？と思って聞いてみたら「今作ってまーす」と言われてしば～し待ちました。
忙しいほど客がいないことを考えたら店員さんを減らしてるのかな？
ちなみにアツアツメニューは微妙に冷めていたものとアツアツのものとがなぜか極端で謎。
とりあえずこちらも久しぶりの居酒屋だったので頑張って下さいとしか言えませんが、今はメニューを工夫しているお店が増えたからチェーン店とは言え厳しくなるかも知れませんね。

I wonder if we are reducing the number of clerk considering that there are not so many customers as busy.
By the way, the hot menu is an extreme and mysterious one, which is slightly cold and hot.
For the time being, this was also an izakaya for the first time in a long time, so I can only say that I should do my best, but now that the number of stores that are devising menus has increased, it may be difficult even if it is a chain store.
