★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12月28日ということもあったのか、予約した後2時間だと言うお店からのメールも届かなかった。バイトさんが多いせいか把握してなく確かめて来ますばかり。ドリンクも遅い。バイトさんは悪くないがバイトリーダーかわからないけどバイトを怒鳴ってる声がこっちまで聞こえて不快だった。時間制限がある事も怒鳴り声も上の人はどんな教育をしてるのかと思った。もつ鍋はしょっぱかった。店に入りゆっくりここで今日は過ごせると思って行ったのにラストオーダーと知らされたのはそのラストオーダーの時のみ。気に入ってるお店をキャンセルしてたのでそっちにいけば良かったと思った。終始不快だった。もう行きたくない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台駅東口出てすぐのBivi4階のお店。店内に入るとアルコールと検温をしてもらい、ちゃんとコロナ対策をしているなぁと安心しました。
店内は落ち着いた和の雰囲気で全卓個室なのでゆっくり楽しめました。
一押しは牛タンしゃぶしゃぶ！！薬味もいっぱいありましたが、とにかく出汁が美味しくてそのままでペロッと食べちゃいました。

唯一良かった事は、個室という事くらいです。
チェーン店なのにサービス、価格が最悪って店として、ありえないです。

牛タンしゃぶしゃぶは鍋を工夫しないとダメでしょ！ 真ん中の汁が湧く前に肉に火が入る 残念
最初のドリンクが注文から20分 ダメでしょ。
美味しいだけに残念

Go toイート対象、駅チカ、週末ということで混んでいたようで、かなり賑やかでした。
個室なので他のお客さんと会うことはありませんでしたが、天井は開いてるので他の個室の騒ぎ声は筒抜けです(笑)
忙しいのか、人が足りないのか、呼び出しボタンを押しても待たされたものの、頑張っている様子は伺えました。
白味噌のもつ鍋が美味しかった！
追加したらスープが出て来るまでかな～り時間がかかり、何度もボタン押しちゃいました（スミマセンねぇ）
刺身、揚げ物、串焼きと概ね満足しましたが枝豆（メニューは茶豆）は注文しない方がいいかも。
ここだけはマイナス点です。

立地は便利だし、悪くはないお店だと思います。
