太田焼きそばを目当てに昼時に伺いました。
カウンターで焼きそば（中）を注文
ほどなくして登場。
濃い目のソースが絡んだ太麺に、具材はキャベツ、紅ショウガのみ、というまさに太田焼きそばの王道といえる出で立ち（厳密な定義は特にないようですが）
いかにもな駄菓子屋フーズでこれはこれで悪くない。
濃い目のソースはピリ辛で食が進みます。
安い価格で地元人根ざした良心的なお店のように見受けられました。
そしてまた別の店に焼きそば食べ比べのために向かうのでした。
