松	松村美奈子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の前を良く通るので、気になって行って来ました。入って直ぐ券売機がありその上にお勧めのラーメンが、順位付けしてありましたので、3位のにぼ中華(細麺)を頂きました。名前の通り煮干しの出汁の効いたサッパリ汁ですが、トッピングにニンニクと生姜入れますか？と聞かれお願いしたので、少しコクがでました。後から定員さんが来ましたが、ひとりで作っていたので、待ち時間が少し長かったです。煮干しの出汁味なので、好き嫌い分かれるラーメンだと思いました。 I often pass in front of the shop, so I was curious about it. 榎	榎本高明 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ にぼ塩そば790円、にぼ中華790円をシェアして頂きました。塩そばはチャーシュー2枚、メンマ、ネギの具材内容です。スープは鶏ガラベースで煮干しが香る癖の少ないアッサリな魚介系塩味です。麺はストレート細麺で調度良い茹で加減。ツルツルと喉越しが良いです。脂身が無い肉厚のチャーシューは軟らかい口当たりで美味しいです。にぼ中華はチャーシュー2枚、メンマ、醤油漬けニンニク、生姜、ネギの具材内容。豚と鶏の動物系スープは後味に煮干しを感じる甘めの魚介系醤油味。ニンニクと生姜を混ぜると魚介の風味が無くなり二郎系風に味変します。麺とチャーシューは前項と同じ感想なので省略致します。麺50g増量が無料なのは有り難いサービスですね！ We had you share Nibo salt soba 790 yen and Nibo Chinese 790 yen.
