深夜1時すぎだったけど、わりと混んでた。
注文は食券で渡してから出てくるまで早かった！
トッピングはしてないけどこんなにチャーシューあったし玉子も一個ついてきます。
個人的には、つゆがもう少し多かったらいいなって思った。
 The volume was good!
It was past midnight, but it was rather crowded.
The order was quick from the time I handed it over with a meal ticket until it came out!
I didn't have any toppings, but there was so much char siu and an egg was included.
Personally, I wish I had a little more soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年11月10日角ふじ（麺、ニンニク、ヤサイ増し）注文。まぜそばが評判らしいけど二郎インスパイアが好きなので角ふじにしました。店員さんの対応はとても良かったです。ガラス張りの青春ブタ二郎さんと比較すると店内がどうしても薄暗くなってしまうのが少し残念（あと段差も要注意）今度はまぜそばも食べてみたいですね
November 10, 2021 Kadofuji (noodles, garlic, additional yasai) order. Mazesoba seems to have a good reputation, but I like Jiro's inspiration, so I chose Kakufuji. The clerk's response was very good. It's a little disappointing that the inside of the store is dim compared to the glass-walled youth Butajiro (and be careful of the steps).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華そばを頼んだが閉まりかけで最後の客だったからか普段からかは分からないが、チャーシューが冷たいままで入っており、一口目からスープがぬるめだった。
作ってる奴アホじゃないのか？
ちったぁやる気出せよ。
味自体はそんなに不味くもないし別にいいと思うがそれ以前の問題だった。
I ordered Chinese noodles, but I don't know if it was the last customer because it was about to close, but the char siu was still cold and the soup was lukewarm from the first bite.
Isn't that the guy who makes it stupid?
Get motivated.
The taste itself isn't that bad and I think it's fine, but it was a problem before that.

とても美味しく頂けました。感動です。(笑) 普通のラーメンと違い混ぜラーメンでした。太麺でもちもちして美味しかったです 後味もスッキリして自分に合っているおいしさでした。(笑)
是非、また行きたい所ですね✨

背脂醤油ラーメンとしてはうまいけど
それっぽいシルエットなだけ
野菜は硬い。
マシマシまで無料ですよ！とか言われたけど、あんま嬉しくないなぁ。
ラーメン屋が片手間にそれっぽいラーメン作りましたって印象。
テキトーーにもやし乗せてシルエット似せればいいとか……全然違う。

中盛もそこそこの量がありました。
つけ汁は味噌のピリ辛が効いています。
とても濃厚です。
麺もコシがとてもありおいしかったです。
I had tsukemen.
There was a decent amount of middle-sized food.
The spicy miso is effective in the soup.
It's very rich.
