ク	クフィ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人のおすすめという事で連れて行ってもらいました。名物の青ねぎラーメンと黒唐揚げ注文。大量のネギとあっさりスープ、独特な平打ち麺が絡んでとても美味しかったです。黒唐揚げは衣にソースを絡めたのみで、駄菓子のソースカツのようなどこか懐かしい味でした。 I was taken by a friend's recommendation. ま	まー。“final0491” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妻が高校時代によく通ったラーメン屋さんのようで、私は初めて伺いました。どれも美味しかったです。もみじ？生姜？の風味がする佐野ラーメンは他に何件かしってますが、その中でも一番美味しいと思います。写真を撮り忘れましたが、ラーメンへのこだわりのような事が書いた店内の掲示物の文言ですが、麺に言及してるところが一部消されていた。「…麺は　　　　腰があり…」となっていたと記憶してますが、手打ちじゃなくなったのかな？麺打ち場はありますが。。。個人的にはこの地域の方々の麺へのこだわり強く、特に手打ち麺かどうか？をすぐ気にする気質に当初は戸惑いましたが… 逆に最近は、店内で青竹打ちされた麺じゃないと、佐野ラーメンやないやん！とツッコミたくなる自分にびっくり。佐野ラーメンの店でも、麺を買ったり、外注したり…スープ（タレ）は正田醤油で作ってもらったりと、店内で全部やってるところは少なくなってきてるようです。特に有名店になればなるほど、手が回らなくてそのようなところが多いようです。ただ、そうだったとしても美味しいので個人的には満足です。真相や如何に。。。 It seems that my wife used to go to a ramen shop when I was in high school, so I visited for the first time. も	もり麺JAPAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祝日の11時30分頃初訪問！待ち列は出来ておらずタイミング良くすんなり入店。青ネギラーメンがイチオシらしくそちらの塩とチャーシュー麺、チャーハンに餃子をオーダー。佐野ラーメン系もそうだけどチャーハンあるラーメン屋さんは数少なく⤵️ チャーハン着丼で味もしっかりしており美味し！食べ終わりそうなタイミングでラーメン着丼。コシのある麺に澄んだスープ。青ネギの香りと美味さがスープに馴染んでヨシでした。ネギ下にはチャーシュー、ナルト、メンマ。お座敷にテーブルにカウンターとおひとり様から家族向けと広めの店内。入り口に若干の段差はあるものの車椅子でも入れる感じでした。 First visit around 11:30 on public holidays!
