★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日久しぶりに大木屋さんによりました。女将さんもぜんぜん代わりなく二代目も久しぶりに会えて嬉しいかったです。お店あく時間８時ぐらいから夜中２時まで営業してます。
 It was by Okiya for the first time in a long time today. I was happy to see the second generation for the first time in a long time without any replacement for the landlady. The shop is open from 8am to 2pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 呑んだ後には最高の戸隠そばです。その昔は夫婦仲悪くて、カウンター内で夫婦喧嘩?勃発しょっちゅう? でも、ざるそば大盛食えば客も夫婦も皆笑顔? ???な空間です?
It is the best Togakushi soba. In the old days, the couple got into trouble with each other, and the fight between the couple broke out at the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こんな状況でしばらく行けてませんが、深夜に食べれる蕎麦としては、かなりレベルが高いと思います。店主も代わられたようですが、以前通りの美味しさだと思われます。
I haven't been able to go there for a while in this situation, but I think it's a fairly high level of soba that can be eaten at midnight. It seems that the owner has been replaced, but it seems to be as delicious as before.

Soba noodles that are done from night to midnight. There are few soba restaurants that are open at night, so if you want to eat delicious soba at night, this is the place to go. Soba is also good for squeezing after drinking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酔って知らない通りを歩きたどり着いたのですが、こんなところにこんなお蕎麦屋さんが在るとは驚きました。創業も50年以上だとか。とても美味しかったです。また辿り着ける事が出来ればもう一度行きたいお店でした。
I got drunk and walked down a street I didn't know, but I was surprised that there was such a soba restaurant in such a place. It has been in business for over 50 years. It was very delicious. It was a shop I would like to visit again if I could reach it again.
