The owner was really friendly and in the end even joined us for some words (Google translate saved us). Talking about the place is a couter-centric, very small and very cozy. Other than yakitori, we've tasted a fantastic tofu dish, don't know the name but was amazing!

No English, but we were able to use Google to help us call out different cuts that he was able to say he had, or didn't have. We had so many parts of the chicken, and they were all fantastic, well, maybe not quite the gizzard, but let's say it was the best (and only) gizzard that I had tried. We had sake with our meal and having only previously had it with sushi, I was surprised how well it went with Yakitori, as I always considered beer to go best with it. Great food, really good service and just a few minutes walk from our hotel.
