味も美味しいですし、値段も安くて気軽に行けます。

二階は20人ほど入れる座敷
宴会は焼鳥以外にも鍋料理や焼き物が出る
刺身などが出ないのがちょっと残念

鶴賀で最も開業が古いお店ということを2番目に古いお店の大将に教えてもらい来店しました。昔ながらの雰囲気は最高です。
今回は注文しなかったのですが、おでんもあったのでぜひ次は食べてみたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張で長野に来まして、口コミを見てイン。土曜日のコアタイムということでほぼ満席。運良くカウンター隅が空いて座ります。
ホッピーは1合焼酎とセットで650円、串は130円ということで地方の酒場としては安いですかね。
串はレバー、シロ、ネギみそ、つくねを頼みました。ネギみそってのは見た事無いですね。甘い味噌がパンチ有る人気メニューみたいです。
ただ、レバーもシロもつくねも固いです。特にレバーは明らかに焼き過ぎです。学生の時にバイトしてた居酒屋でも「レバーはすぐに火が通るから焼きすぎるな」とよく言われたものですし、うちの近所の秋元屋系の店のレバーと比べると焼き具合全く違う。
せっかく角が立った肉なのに、ガッチリ焼いてしまったら鮮度が低いと思われても仕方ないです。
ツクネもデカいのは良いのだけど、噛んでると味が無くなってパサパサ感出てくるので、デカくない方が良い気が…
シロとレバーは少し残してしまいました。
地方のもつ焼き屋は入らないようにしてるのだけど、やはりその方針は守った方が良いかも。
I came to Nagano on a business trip and saw the reviews and went in. It's almost full because it's Saturday's core time. Fortunately, the counter corner is open and you can sit down.
Hoppy is 650 yen with 1 go shochu and 130 yen for skewers, so it's cheap for a local bar.
For skewers, I ordered liver, white, green onion miso, and meatballs. I've never seen green onion miso. It seems to be a popular menu with a punch of sweet miso.
However, the lever, white and meatballs are hard. Especially the liver is obviously overcooked. Even at the izakaya where I worked part-time when I was a student, it was often said that "liver is cooked quickly so don't overcook it", and the condition of the liver is completely different from that of the Akimotoya restaurant in my neighborhood.
Even though the meat has sharp edges, it can't be helped if it is thought that the freshness is low if it is baked firmly.
It's good that Tsukune is also big, but when you chew it, the taste disappears and you feel dry, so I think it's better not to be big ...
I left a little white and lever.
I try not to enter local grilled restaurants, but I think it's better to keep that policy.
