★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もし善光寺へ参拝されるのであればオススメしたい隠れ駐車場です。ここのパーキングのメリットは、日中最大料金が400円（7:00〜19:00、時間外は最大500円）とリーズナブルで、タイヤのロック板もないので注射しやすいことです。周辺のホテルや県庁に近いため、平日日中だと満車になっている可能性がありますが、逆に休日の早い時間であれば空いている可能性があります。少し細い路地の中にあり初めて来る人には探しにくい場所にあるのが難点ですが、それを除けばオススメの駐車場です。
