r	rbt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 恒屋伝助さんに伺ってきました。2年ほど前に初めて伺って以来、季節毎+αでお邪魔しています。割烹風の居酒屋は京都にもいくつもありますが、やはりここが頂点だと毎度ながら感じます。（たしかに一人何万も出せば、ウニやらアワビやら出てきて美味しい店はあるんでしょうが、あたかもカルテルのような貸切会だのなんだので普通の人は行けないところが多いです。酸っぱいブドウかもしれませんが、そういうのは健全な姿とは思いません）まず、メニューを見るだけでワクワクするんですね。品数がとても多く、どれもが美味しそう（ここまで品数が多いところはあまりないのではないでしょうか）。よくメニューをみて、その日の作戦を立てます。この日は、やはり刺身から入り、海鮮の焼き物、すっぽん小鍋、蕪蒸しと進み、お酒のアテを数品挟んで、鯖寿司で締めました。どれも抜群にうまいのですが、鯖寿司は本当に絶品です。遅くまでほぼ満席で、お店の方々も非常にお忙しくされてはいますが、お心遣いも頂き、毎度ながら大変な満足感を抱いて退店しました。 I came to Tsuneya Densuke.
