前菜など、つまめる１品がもっとあればよりいいな。紹興酒は種類もあり、飲みやすいものでも料理によく合いました。
Only Sichuan is painful, but it becomes a trap.

そして！！！坦々麺がめちゃくちゃ好みで美味しかった！麺は細めだけどコシがある。辛さの中に旨さがある！上品なのに本場で食べてるようなローカルな味にも思える！
また絶対食べたい坦々麺(^-^)！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用。今まで食べた麻婆豆腐の中で一番のボリューム。挽き肉、ラー油もりもりです。油と相まってかとろみも強めかなと思いました。
美味しいですが、胃の弱い人は胃もたれするかも? 杏仁豆腐を追加しました。杏仁豆腐はさっぱりしていて口直しにはちょうど良かったです。
Used for lunch. The most volume of mapo tofu I have ever eaten. Minced meat and chili oil. Combined with the oil, I thought it would be thicker.
It's delicious, but people with weak stomachs may have stomach upset ? Added almond tofu. The almond tofu was refreshing and was just right for retouching.

ランチの麻婆豆腐が1000円！
花椒のしびれと香りを楽しめる、それでいて唐辛子系の辛さは抑えられた旨味たっぷりの麻婆豆腐は、ご飯が進みます。
夜のメニューもおいしそうなものばっかり。
あー、こういうお店でゆっくりとお酒も楽しみながらご飯を食べれるように、早くなって欲しい！
美味しかったです。また来ます！

一つひとつの素材を生かした丁寧な調理をし、そこに華やかな辛さが。
紅油水餃や魚香茄子など、とてもハイレベルでした。
お会計は現金のみ。

事前に予約してコースでお願いすると、メニューにはない料理もいろいろ出してくださいます。辛さも調整可なので、辛いのが苦手な方でも大丈夫。

油が多めですが奥深いスパイスの味、香りがクセになりそう。
汁無し坦々麺は一般的なそれとは異なり、初めて出会った味わい。
麺は極細で強いコシがあります。

大きなホテルに入っている中華料理店よりもハイレベルだと思います!
