ラーメンは自身の気分によって味の評価がぶれやすいと思いますので、二郎系や家系の気分で訪問する店ではないです。
 very delicious! !! The pricing is high, but the taste is great.
I think that the taste of ramen tends to fluctuate depending on your mood, so it is not a shop that you visit with the mood of Jiro or Iekei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 松坂牛麺をいただきました！熱々の出汁をかけることによって赤いお肉がしゃぶしゃぶされたような感じになり、とても美味しいです！麺はラーメンというよりそばに近い感じで和風です！
レモンや七味、柚子胡椒での味変もいい感じでおすすめです！
また来たいですね〜！
I had Matsuzaka beef noodles! The hot soup stock makes the red meat feel like shabu-shabu, which is very delicious! The noodles are more like soba than ramen and are Japanese style!
It is recommended to change the taste with lemon, shichimi, and yuzu pepper.
I want to come again!

店内の券売機で食券を購入するシステムです。
肉２倍の松阪牛麺肉盛りをいただきました。
熱々のおだしがポットに入ってくるので直前にお肉にかけて赤い肉を加熱する感じになります。
優しい味わいのおだしと棣鄂謹製の麺が最高に合います。
お肉も柔らかで美味しいです。
途中レモンをしぼったり柚子胡椒で味変してさっぱりと最後まで飽きずにいただけて美味しかったです。
駐車場が近くにないのが残念ですが徒歩圏内なのでギリギリセーフ？
車で行かれる方は事前にコインパーキングをチェックしておくのがオススメです。
There's no parking lot. There is no coin parking nearby. It takes about 7 minutes on foot from the shortest coin parking.
It is a system to purchase meal tickets at the ticket vending machine in the store.
I had twice as much meat as Matsusaka beef noodles.
The hot soup stock comes into the pot, so it feels like heating the red meat over the meat just before.
The soup stock with a gentle taste and the noodles made with soup stock are the best match.
The meat is also tender and delicious.
It was delicious because I could squeeze the lemon on the way and change the taste with yuzu pepper so that I could not get tired of it until the end.
It's a pity that there is no parking lot nearby, but it's within walking distance, so is it just safe?
If you are going by car, it is recommended to check the coin parking in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come at friday night. Not so busy. I love everything about this ramen, the noodle, broth and meat. The meat is so tender and melt in your mouth. The broth is so refreshing and thin, what I like in my ramen. Also the noodle is special, made from wheat. Very nice plate. We didn't order garlic rice this time since we thought we might be too full after that, but the man next to us did order that. I was sitting there regretting why we didn't buy the garlic rice..... next time. Should buy it. Overall nice place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a 10 min walk from the yamada station and not much is around in the peaceful neighbourhood. Is it worth it? Yes. Clear broth with a hint of lemon is very refreshing and goes well with the matsuzaka beef, that's tender and melt away in your mouth meat. Once served, you pour the hot soup in the tin can into your ramen bowl, and the rare beef is cooked instantly. All the topping plays a great part in a refreshing and very flavourful ramen that you'll finish the bowl very quickly including the soup. Not heavy on your stomach, so you might want to do a big size if you want to eat a big portion.
