K	Koichi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 総評日曜日の昼食で利用しました。ワタリガニ乃パスタとピザを食べました。パスタは茹加減というよりパスタそのものがしっかりつけてなくて粉っぽい感じで、ちよっと歯に挟まるような感じで美味しくありませんでした。ソースはファミレスとしては標準レベルでした。ピザは高温でしっかり焼いてるようで香ばしいのですが、しっかり伸ばさないで焼いてるため纏わりつく感じの食感で惜しい感じでした。オープンキッチンでスタッフが先輩に聞きながらぎこちないて手つきで生地を伸ばしてるのが見えましたが想像通りの食感でした。味で評価すると残念ながら星二つです。期待: 箱自体は悪くなく、システムもITアレルギーのない方であれば良いと思いますし、スタッフのモチベーションが高く、今は素人っぽいサービスですが、慣れてくればどんどん良くなる可能性もあるので、センスの悪い雑音にしか聞こえないBGMとパスタを普通のデュラムセモリナ100%のイタリアン乾麺に変えれば良くなる可能性大です。Management が客からのFBをせっせと集めて改善されることを願います。 General comment I used it for lunch on Sunday. I ate blue crab pasta and pizza. The pasta wasn't boiled, but rather the pasta itself wasn't firmly attached and it felt like powder, and it wasn't delicious because it felt like it was caught in my teeth. The sauce was standard for a family restaurant. The pizza seems to be baked firmly at a high temperature and is fragrant, but since it is baked without being stretched firmly, it has a regrettable texture. In the open kitchen, I saw the staff stretching the dough by hand while listening to my seniors, but the texture was as I had imagined. Unfortunately, it is two stars when evaluated by taste. Expectations: The box itself is not bad, I think that it is good if the system is not allergic to IT, the staff is highly motivated, and now it is an amateurish service, but as you get used to it, it may get better and better. There is a good chance that it will be better to replace the BGM and pasta, which sounds like bad noise, with ordinary durum semolina 100% Italian dried noodles. I hope that Management will collect FBs from customers and improve it.

和	和田友宏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豊中方面から江坂へ向かっての、内環状線沿いにあります。綺麗な店内で、川や橋ががあったり凝った内装。ボックス席が個室風になっていたり、過ごしやすい感じです。注文はスマホでQRコードを読み取り、自分で注文。ははあ、タブレットを導入しなくてもできるね。スマホ持っていなかったり、電池切れの場合は利用不可ですね。 (ちなみに店内のWi-Fiは使えません) お料理はサラダ、マルゲリータ、パスタ2種を注文。味はまずまず。お冷0円も、自分で注文。決済が現金のみというのが、今どきではないなあ、と思いました。レジは自分でお金を入れるタイプで。今どき技術を盛り込んでこん、オペレーション・人件費を削っている工夫は見えました。そこそこの料理が、それなりの価格で食べられる。その価値はあると思います。 (客単価2,000円ぐらい。お酒を飲めばまあまあいきます) ただ、当たり前ですが、こうすることでおもてなしの心と触れ合いがだんだん無くなっていくんだなあ、とも思いました。 It is located along the inner ring line from Toyonaka to Esaka.
