★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奥にテーブルが１つあるけど、ほぼほぼ、カウンターのみの、こじんまりしたお店。ご主人と奥さんの2人で切り盛りされています。
蕎麦は細目のタイプで、本格的な手打ち。僕の好きなタイプのお蕎麦です。天ザルは海老と野菜で、特に野菜がたくさんあって嬉しい。つけ汁ではなく2種類の塩を小皿で天麩羅用に出してくれます。
蕎麦の付け汁も甘過ぎず、濃い目で僕は好きです。
お客さんの少ない時間帯が狙い目。ご主人が話しかけてくれたりして、楽しいです。
壁には、猪木、掛布、あのねのねの原田伸郎のサインが飾ってあります。
 There is one table in the back, but it is almost a small shop with almost only counters. The husband and his wife are working together.
Soba is a fine type, hand-made. This is my favorite type of soba. The heavenly monkeys are shrimp and vegetables, and I'm glad there are many vegetables. They serve two types of salt in a small dish for tempura instead of soup stock.
The soba soup is not too sweet, and I like it with dark eyes.
The aim is for a time when there are few customers. It's fun that my husband talks to me.
The walls are decorated with Inoki, Kakefu and Shinane Harada's autograph.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10割そばをいただく。麺の太さバラバラなのが少し気になる。だが歯応えもあり、鼻に抜ける香りがよく、そのまま食べても美味しい。塩をオススメされたが、私はやっぱりつゆ派です。ここは個人の好みですね。つゆは微かに柑橘が効いており、さっぱりいただける。次回は普通のざるそばも食べてみたい。
I have 100% soba. I'm a little worried that the thickness of the noodles is different. However, it is chewy, has a nice scent that goes through your nose, and is delicious even if you eat it as it is. I recommended salt, but I'm still a soup lover. This is a personal preference. The soup has a slight citrus effect and is refreshing. Next time I would like to try ordinary Zaru soba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打ちたてのお蕎麦をいただける大阪では貴重なお店♪ 二八(小麦いり)蕎麦もしくはヤクノ(十割)蕎麦を選べます。 私のお気に入りは天ぷら付きのお蕎麦です。天ぷらも美味しいのです。又、暖かいお蕎麦は本当に美味しい。だしが効いてて透明で本当に美味しいお出しです。 日本酒も美味しいものがあります。
ご年配のご夫婦が商いされてて、ほっこりします♪ 私のお気に入りのお蕎麦屋さんです^_^
A valuable shop in Osaka where you can enjoy freshly made soba ♪ You can choose Nihachi (wheat iri) soba or Yakuno (100%) soba. My favorite is soba with tempura. Tempura is also delicious. Also, warm soba is really delicious. The soup stock is effective, transparent and really delicious. Sake is also delicious.
An elderly couple is in business and I feel relaxed ♪ This is my favorite soba restaurant ^ _ ^
