★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花の香りに囲まれながら春が旬のよく灰汁抜きした筍やエンドウ豆などの野菜をアクセントに用いたコース料理をいただきました。ローストしても軟らかさを保つ肉、玄米も柔らかいのに水っぽくない。ボリュームもランチには男性でも満足できました。水の喉ごしが、やたら良かった。
We had a course meal using vegetables such as bamboo shoots and peas, which are well seasoned in spring and surrounded by the scent of flowers, as accents. The meat and brown rice that remain soft even after roasting are soft but not watery. Even the men were satisfied with the volume for lunch. The water was soothing.

落ち着いた雰囲気でとてもゆっくり食事を楽しめました。
お昼にしてはちょっと量が多かったですが、満足です。
ドリンクは能勢スパークリングのジンジャーが美味しかった。
I used it for lunch.
I enjoyed the meal very slowly in a calm atmosphere.
It was a little large for lunch, but I'm satisfied.
The drink was delicious with Nose sparkling ginger.
