最初の感想は予想以上に華やかな駅、
上尾に住みたいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綺麗で広々した改札口ですが、東口・西口ともにバスの発着するロータリーがあるので、高崎線が運転中止になるとバス待ちの為に物凄い人で溢れます。
Although it is a beautiful and spacious ticket gate, there are roundabouts where buses arrive and depart at both the east and west exits. When the Takasaki line is canceled, it overflows with tremendous people waiting for the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 埼玉県上尾市にあります。1番線は、高崎線上り。2番線は、待避線。下り電車の使用が多いです。上りは、ダイヤ乱れなどに使用します。3番線は高崎線下り方面。駅前はそれなりに明るいです。
It is located in Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture. Line 1 goes up the Takasaki Line. Track 2 is a siding. I often use down trains. The uphill is used for timetable disruption. The 3rd line is for the Takasaki line going down. The station square is bright as such.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頭の悪い上尾市の駅にあって駅員も頭悪いです。
電車遅延してるのにアナウンス出来ません。
改札も進行方向別にすればいいのに全部両方向からなので何も考えていない奴歩きスマホしてる奴ばかりでイライラします。
The station staff is also crazy at the station in Ageo City.
I can't announce even though the train is delayed.
The ticket gates can be set according to the direction of travel, but they are all from both directions, so it's frustrating to see people walking and smartphones who aren't thinking about anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高崎線、上尾駅。中山道の宿場町、上尾にある、橋上駅で自由通路も広くペディストリアンデッキもある、とても大きな駅です。

高崎線。
東京上野ライン、湘南新宿ラインの停車駅。
何故か、通勤快速が止まらない。
駅ビル、イーサイト、在り。
東口に、丸広百貨店。アリコベール・サロン館、ホテル館が。
西口に、イトーヨーカドー・ショーサンプラザと、飲食街が広がっている。また、かの有名な、上尾中央総合病院が、駅目の前に在る。

For some reason, commuting speed does not stop.

At the east exit, Maruhiro Department Store. Alycovale Salon Hall, Hotel Hall.
In the west exit, Ito-Yokado Showsan Plaza and eating and drinking areas are spreading. Also, the famous Ageo Central General Hospital is in front of the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日電車内で倒れた方が居て上尾駅で下ろされた事があり私も居合わせましたが、集まった駅員数名は倒れた方に意識の確認もせずうつ伏せに寝かせたままで心肺蘇生法をするでもなくAEDを試すでもなく眺めているだけで、救急車の到着を待つのみでした。自分が倒れた時に適切な対処をしてもらえるかとても不安を覚えます。
The other day, there was a person who collapsed on the train and I was dropped off at Ageo station, so I was there, but some of the station staff who gathered did CPR without confirming their consciousness. I didn't do it, I didn't try AED, I just looked at it and waited for the arrival of the ambulance. I'm very worried if I can take appropriate measures when I fall down.
