黒い太麺の十割田舎蕎麦と白い細麺の十割蕎麦のあいもりを頂きました。
細麺でもやや固めで腰が強いお蕎麦でした。
全体的に田舎蕎麦風かな？
追加でアボカドの天ぷらを頂いてみましたが、火を通したからか、少しドロッとした食感で美味しかったです。

つくばにそば屋は多いですが、ここは二八そば、十割そばなど本格的。ランチセットがそば又はうどんに小丼がついて1080〜1180とお得感があります?
写真は親子小丼ですが、野菜天小丼は天ぷら山盛りです。
場所がわかりにくいので、いつも比較的空いていて穴場です。
駐車スペースが4台あるが、窮屈なところに難あり。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらには数年前に一度来たきりでしたが、前回は休みだったようで入れませんでした。今回も開店前に到着してしまい、パッと見が休みのように見えたので帰ろうとしたら入り口から店員さんがドアの札を営業中にひっくり返しました。初めて伺いましたが店内はお洒落な雰囲気で、喫茶店のような感じでした。今回は十割蕎麦と黒挽き十割蕎麦の合もりの大盛りにしました。十割蕎麦のほうは細打ちで、黒挽きのほうは太いと言うより平べったい蕎麦です。どちらも腰が強くてとても美味しかったですが、特に黒挽きのほうが香りが強くて美味しかったです。大盛りでしたが、少し物足りなくておかわり蕎麦を追加しました。おかわり蕎麦は二八蕎麦で、やはりこちらは香りが少なめですが、腰が強いそばでした。うどんもあるので次回は蕎麦とうどんの合もりも食べてみようかと思います。

The 100% buckwheat noodles are finely beaten, and the black ground buckwheat noodles are flat rather than thick. Both were chewy and very tasty, but the black grind was especially fragrant and tasty. It was a large serving, but I was a little unsatisfied and added soba noodles. The refilled soba is 28 buckwheat noodles, which has a little fragrance, but it was a chewy buckwheat noodle. I also have udon noodles, so next time I'll try eating soba and udon noodles.

飲み物、蕎麦前、蕎麦うどん、どれもコスパ良いと思います。
おかわり蕎麦にも汁がつくのは申し訳なく感じるほど有り難いです。
To put it better, it is a gentle juice.
Drinks, soba noodles, soba udon, all are good cospa.
I'm so grateful that the soba noodles have soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が店舗前に4台のみで、しかも駐車スペースが狭いこともあり路駐してる方がちらほら。店内はカウンター席のほかに掘り炬燵形式の座敷が6人掛け1つ、4人掛け1つと、4人掛けのテーブル席が2つあります。こちらのお店には十割蕎麦が2種類(十割と黒挽き十割)があるらしく、2種類半分ずつの合いもり(880円＋大盛り265円)を注文。細麺と太麺なのでそれぞれ違った食感と風味の十割蕎麦が味わえる。大盛りにしてちょうどいいボリューム感。蕎麦湯はやや白濁しているサラサラ。蕎麦以外にも丼や一品料理もあるので次回は利用したい。

Because it is thin noodles and thick noodles, you can enjoy 100% buckwheat noodles with different textures and flavors. A feeling of volume that is just right in a large serving. Soba-to is slightly cloudy and smooth. In addition to soba, there are rice bowls and single dishes, so I would like to use them next time.
