★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かれこれ40年ぐらいになるだろうか。このお店は地域の老舗、さすがにしっかりしたお仕事をされています。
あっちのお店よりも上品で、こっちのお店よりもコストパホォーマンスに長けている。
地元なので「どこかに食べに行こうか?」というときの第一候補は、そば源となります、はい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神立駅徒歩圏内の蕎麦屋さん。山菜そばを食べました。山菜の他にもいろいろ具材が乗っていてうれしかったです。
蕎麦が手打ち麵で美味しいです。関東の麺なので麺つゆは濃いです。
A soba restaurant within walking distance of Kandatsu Station. I ate edible wild plants soba. I was happy to see various ingredients in addition to the wild plants.
The soba is handmade and delicious. The noodle soup is thick because it is Kanto noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温かいお蕎麦も鴨肉も個人的にはちょっと火を通しすぎな気がするが、味自体は悪くない。期待値を高く持ちすぎなければ普通においしい。
I personally feel that warm soba and duck meat are a little overcooked, but the taste itself is not bad. If you don't hold the expected value too high, it's usually delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土浦に来たときは必ずと言っていいほどそば源さんに来ています。セットのコスパが最高です。大体ミニ丼セットでカレー丼を頼みます。兎に角蕎麦屋のカレーって感じでとても美味しいです！ミニカツ丼もお肉がとても美味しくて満足です!
Whenever I come to Tsuchiura, I almost always come to Soba Gen-san. The cospa of the set is the best. I usually order a curry bowl with a mini bowl set. The curry of the Kakusoba restaurant is very delicious! The meat of the mini cutlet bowl is also very delicious and I am satisfied!

どれも美味しかったです。

カツ丼は柔らかく美味しい。
玉ねぎがほぼ生で辛かった。
蕎麦つゆが下町っ子には甘く薄く残念。
もりそばにすれば良かった。
Tempura soba and mini cutlet bowl.
Katsudon is soft and delicious.
The onions were almost raw and spicy.
Soba soup is sweet and thin for downtown children, which is a shame.
I should have used Morisoba.
