G	Gチャン寝ル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もつ煮込み ★★★★★ 麺類(うどん.そば) ★★★☆☆ 店名が｢須田うどん｣ですが｢もつ煮込み｣で有名になってしまった店。そう聞くと麺類がまずいと誤解されそうですが、高級店と比べるような金額ではありませんから、駅そば程の金額でもっと美味しいうどん、そばが食べれます。と言うと分かりやすいですかね。麺の差だけでなく明らかに出汁が違います。私は大好きで何度も通った時期ありました。人気のもつ煮込みですが、味噌味で肉と野菜どっちもバランスよく食べれる感じです。丁寧に下処理された、新鮮なモツは味噌味ですけどスープが澄んでいる。そんな表現が似合うような丁寧なもつ煮です。コッテリ好みの若者にも、この美味しさ伝わればいいですけど、肉は当然柔らかくて美味しいです。ここの一番の個性は出汁ですね。麺類、もつ煮込み、定食の味噌汁と、ここでは、ほぼ全ての汁物に利用してる個性ある強い出汁ですが、これが惜しみなく強めなので、この出汁の好き嫌いで評価が変わるかもしれませんね。私からするとこれがいい。定食の味噌汁でも、これが味わえるんだから、お得感感じるし、幸せな気分になります。もつ煮は時間帯によって塩味の変化、味に変化がありますが、そこも煮込み料理の魅力として、その変化も是非、楽しんでください！ Stewed motsuni ★★★★★ Noodles (udon. 酒	酒井なす on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりにカレーうどんともつ煮込みが食べたくなり訪問。カレーうどんはツルツルで腰があり旨い。それよりなにより、ここのもつ煮がむちゃくちゃ旨いんだよね❗ もつは臭みがなく丁寧に煮込んであるのがわかる。大根もトロトロで味が染みていて凄くおいしい。こんにゃくもいい味だしていて最高❗ ただ、お店の人が少し愛想がないんだよね。それさえ改善されれば混雑間違いなしなんだけど、少しもったいないお店だね。 After a long time, I wanted to eat curry udon and motsuni, so I visited there.
